A Christmas Mini is a shorter family photography experience designed specifically for the holiday season.
Instead of planning a full one-hour family session, choosing a location, building an entire creative concept and coordinating multiple outfits, we have already taken care of most of those details for you.
You choose the Christmas look you love.
We help you prepare.
You arrive with your family.
And we guide you through the rest.

Our first set is for the family that loves a timeless Christmas.
Think classic, cozy and polished with subtle equestrian details that make the set feel a little unexpected.
It is traditional without feeling overly themed and works beautifully with creams, camel, tartan, soft blues, Christmas reds, greenery, knits and beautifully tailored holiday outfits.
If your Pinterest board is filled with classic Christmas cards, cozy Ralph Lauren-inspired details and family photographs you could frame year after year, this is probably your set.
The final photographs still have our signature MSP look: light, airy, joyful and focused on your family.
The Bellman Holiday: A Christmas Vacation Editorial
Our second set has a completely different personality.
Think: Christmas vacation at a beautiful hotel.
Rich holiday red, velvet, pearls, bellman-inspired details.
A little more fashion. A little more editorial. And a LOT of personality.
This set is perfect if you want this year’s Christmas card to feel less traditional and a little more like your family stepped into a holiday campaign.

My easiest advice?
Look at both sets and pay attention to which one immediately makes you start imagining what your family would wear.
That is probably your answer.
Choose Classic Christmas if you love timeless, cozy and traditional holiday photographs.

You don’t need to choose based on what is trending.

Is 15 Minutes Really Enough for Family Christmas Photos?
Yes.
Because this isn’t fifteen minutes of us trying to figure out what to do.
We already have a plan.
The set is ready.
The lighting is ready.
We guide you from the moment your session starts.
We know the combinations we need.
We know how to keep little kids moving.
And we know when we have the photograph.
For families with younger children, a shorter session can actually work beautifully because we are photographing them while the experience is still new and fun.

Where Is The Christmas Photoshoot in Miami?
Our 2026 Christmas Minis are photographed at our studio location approximately five minutes from Tropical Park in Miami.
That makes us especially convenient for families coming from areas including:
- Coral Gables
- Pinecrest
- South Miami
- West Miami
- Westchester
- Kendall
- and surrounding Miami-Dade neighborhoods
One of the things we love about having the Christmas experience indoors is that Miami weather doesn’t get a vote.
No watching the forecast all week, surprise rainstorm or sweating through Christmas sweaters at an outdoor session.
You arrive and everything is ready for you.

What Happens When You Arrive?
We recommend arriving 15–20 minutes before your scheduled session.
Please don’t use those extra minutes as “we can leave the house 15 minutes later” minutes. 😂
Arriving early gives your family time to come inside, make any last-minute adjustments, get babies dressed if needed and allow little kids a moment to settle into the environment.
Because these sessions are scheduled back-to-back, your actual photography time remains that 15 minutes slot you booked, even if you arrive late. If you’re late, you may lose those minutes.
When it’s your turn, we’ll bring your family onto your selected set and guide you through the entire session.
You don’t need a Pinterest folder full of poses or to tell your husband what to do with his hands.
You don’t need to get your children smiling before walking onto set, either.
That part belongs to us. You just enjoy relax and we will take care of guiding you all.
How Do the 10 Included Images Work?
Your Christmas Mini includes 10 professionally edited digital images.
Once your gallery is ready, you will be able to choose your 10 favorites.
And if you open the gallery and immediately think:
“There is absolutely no way I’m choosing only ten.”
We understand. 😂
You will have the option to upgrade and keep the full gallery.
That way families who only need their favorite ten have exactly what they need, while my fellow photo lovers can keep every expression, cuddle and little in-between moment.

We will have physical samples available on select Christmas Mini Sessions days so you can see and feel the products in person.

When Should You Book Christmas Photos for Holiday Cards?
Earlier than you think.
If your goal is to use your photographs for physical Christmas cards, we recommend choosing an October or November session whenever possible.
Remember that you still need time to:
Receive your gallery.
Choose your photographs.
Design the card.
Order it.
Wait for printing and shipping.
Address the envelopes.
Mail everything.
And somehow remember the address of the cousin who moved two years ago. 😂
The earlier your session happens, the more breathing room you have.
It also means you can use your photographs throughout the entire Christmas season for prints, gifts, social media, cards and decorations.

This year’s Christmas Mini Sessions season runs from October 17 through December 5, with six limited session dates available.
Because these are limited-date events, once a date or time is booked, we cannot always recreate that availability later in the season.
